They do not stand by their product ultimately. We have been back and forth with an e-bike that continues to turn off while riding. He had to replace many parts and still has the same problem. It’s trash and he would not take it back. Do yourselves a favor and don’t buy here!
BEWARE***** Bikes are cheaply built and have many issues. Strongly advise you buy elsewhere. This bike has been a headache since day 1! They do not help you after the sale

Within the first month of buying my bike it would have issues, I noticed the bike would shut off after going on small bumps. When I would take it back to him he fixes it then not even 2 days later it had the same issue. I took it back to him again where he rewired everything then told me if the same issue arose again he would buy the bike back.
