Office manager, Ms. Jackie, was very patient, kind and helpful. She had several people waiting for assistance and she helped everyone in a timely, patient manner. Just FYI…she (Jackie)could really use an assistant even if just some part time help. Been in my apartment for about 2 weeks and everything is as pleasant as she said it would be. Thank you all for a wonderful place to reside!
So far my experience has been great. Ms. Jackie was very helpful when I put my application in and when I was approved she had a packet with very useful information. She really put my mind at ease and helped me adjust here. She helped stay calm and my anxiety didn't get the best of me. So far my neighbors been great and welcoming.
Home sweet home. Excellent facility, quality staff.
