Horrible technology - They cant figure out how to connect to major institutions - we will be moving hundreds of clients off the platform
Nothing works properly so as an advisor, you have to riddle your plans with workarounds and hours of head scratching to see why the output is giving nonsense. Example: A Roth 401k cannot have pre-tax and post tax money. The software built sub-accounts pretending that it can delineate, but it cannot. Everything I touch has an issue that I hope I can catch, make a workaround, explain to the client that it's close, but not accurate, and try to remember what that workaround was at the next client meeting. They were late the app game and now that they launched their app, they charge advisors $66/m for clients to use the app. Really? Poor leadership, dated product offering, slow response times on service requests, & bad business model. Too many other offerings with better UX. eMoney isn't keeping up with the competition.
