If I could give it a zero stars I would. I called the shop because my kid’s electric scooter had a flat tire. Told the guy over the phone that we already have the spare but need help putting it on and I’m looking for a place who could do it within a day or so. WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A COMPANY IN MY 30+ YEARS IN CANADA. order my scooter, got confirmation everything and still waiting on my product. ALL I GET is run arround and I cannot get my refund. Highly upset..... would never recommend to anyone for this headache EVER.
