THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE WAS BUYING AN EMMO MONSTER, SO IT'S ON ME FOR BEING STUPID ENOUGH TO BUY ONE. ZERO STABILITY THE ENTIRE FRONT WHEN RIDING FEELS LIKE IT WILL FALL APART AT ANY SECOND. ONE HOUR AFTER I GOT IT, I PUT IT DIRECTLY IN STORAGE BECAUSE I HAVE NO WAY TO RETURN IT WITHIN THE 7-DAY RETURN POLICY..ANYWAY, 3000 BUCKS WASTED. NOW I HAVE TO SELL IT ON KIGIGI FOR HALF THE PRICE IT IS A GARBAGE BIKE SADLY
They trying to scam me they over price simple issues when a lot of other place can do it much cheaper suggest to not go here for a rapair of escooter except you are a millionaire and you dont mind your money to be taken away and they take way too long.
Got a damaged lever and glad these guys have the parts. Then they change it out under 5 minutes! Great experience, highly recommended! Thank for the service from Tom and the service team!
