Well, it's been a while since I posted the message below. Still can't get in contact with Vanessa. She's ghosted me because we have not settled this issue. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME FROM EMMA'S ANGELS TO RESOLVE THIS. Made arrangements for Mom to stay with Emma's Angels Sep 2020 but she got covid so Vanessa said I had a credit. However, every time (3) I tried to use it she didn't have availability. Vanessa's 919 Saddlebrook facility in San Antonio is definitely a go to facility for a private memory care home. I wish we had found it sooner for my brother. He had excellent care & they worked well with Hospice.
The service and care my mother received during her time at Emma Angel was priceless . Words will never be enough to express our appreciation so thank you and your entire staff . You alway made us feel like we were welcome and loved. You made a very difficult time very calm and peaceful. There will be always a special place in our hearts for you and your team in our hearts. It is very obvious that this is more than a business it is a calling!
Vanessa, the personal care home owner, is amazing and really does care for her clients. She and her team go above and beyond to support the needs of those who reside in the facility. I highly recommend EMMA'S BOARD & CARE to be the new home for a loved one that would need a new place to call home.
The owner Vanessa is an absolutely beautiful sole. All of the people that work there are always kind and helpful, they take great care of my brother. I am very happy I found them when I needed a place for his care.
