They refused to call me back and schedule a tour!! I don't understand why? I called several times. Now it is 3 mths. later, so I recently told my niece to contact you, feeling you were a good asst. living business. She did and got a response which I was excited to hear of. Caring and focused care. They go the extra mile to make sure your loved ones are cared for. Very clean and very personal care to each resident in the home. The ratio of patient to provider is very low compared to other places. Can’t say enough about positive about it.

Well, it's been a while since I posted the message below. Still can't get in contact with Vanessa. She's ghosted me because we have not settled this issue. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME FROM EMMA'S ANGELS TO RESOLVE THIS. Made arrangements for Mom to stay with Emma's Angels Sep 2020 but she got covid so Vanessa said I had a credit. However, every time (3) I tried to use it she didn't have availability. Vanessa's 919 Saddlebrook facility in San Antonio is definitely a go to facility for a private memory care home. I wish we had found it sooner for my brother. He had excellent care & they worked well with Hospice.
