after 3 months of not receiving my return i started calling 2x a week. after 4 weeks i visited the office, told Vernon of the problem and left my name and number and 2 weeks later still no answer. the IRS and the CA FTB have no records of my returns.
I have been using Emanuel’s Tax for a few years now. They are by far the best company I have used to file my taxes. Vernon is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
