Emmanuel has done our family taxes for years and my husband and I are truly satisfied with his work. He has helped us tremendously each year and has helped us have a stress free tax experience. When he does our taxes, he is on it and gets back to us in a timely matter. Remembering that we are all human and have personal lives outside of work & seeing that he is able to take on so many clients and do it accurately and the best he can is honestly amazing! after 3 months of not receiving my return i started calling 2x a week. after 4 weeks i visited the office, told Vernon of the problem and left my name and number and 2 weeks later still no answer. the IRS and the CA FTB have no records of my returns.
I have been using Emanuel’s Tax for a few years now. They are by far the best company I have used to file my taxes. Vernon is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
This company took my tax documents and failed to file my 2023 tax return. I made several attempts to call, email, and locate the office. This is a FRUAD!! SCAM alert! I have filed IRS form 14157 to file a formal complaint about this at preparer.
