Beware—this company is a scam. They will send you broken furniture and then hit you with over $700 in shipping fees if you refuse delivery of their damaged goods. When you show them clear photos of cracks, they’ll dismiss it, claiming the furniture isn’t broken. Even if the cracks are sharp enough to cut, they’ll insist it’s “normal for stone,” waving around a laughable brochure (which looks like it was made by a 5th grader) as “proof.” This is all part of their con. I ordered a red leather recliner at a good price but a lot of time passed and I hadn't heard that it had shipped. So I contacted the company and "Carl, the Customer Success Manager" said that it wouldn't ship until the money went from my bank to them. Fair enough, but the okay to ship it didn't make it to the warehouse until SIX DAYS after the payment had cleared and by then, it was no longer in stock! GRRRRR

They will deliver furniture that is damaged. After paying for white glove delivery, they delivered a computer desk that was damaged. The driver noticed the damage and said that it looks as is the desk is going to have to be replaced. After getting back to the office, they were quick to send over a waiver of liability. This company is a 100% SCAM. Save your money and buy from someone else.
