I absolutely love Evolution Wellness! The space is so clean and comforting and the hot yoga classes are the perfect mix of challenging yet relaxing. This place is just what Almonte needed! I also enjoyed a lymphatic drainage massage with Adrienne. It was life changing. She made me feel so relaxed and I left feeling so rejuvenated. I would recommend everyone visit Evolution Wellness whether it’s for a skin treatment or class :)!

My son saw Shane today and said he was so knowledgeable and really helped release his back. He is a national trampoline athlete and his body takes a lots of pounding with all the jumping and landing but after just one visit it felt much better. Highly recommend Shane!
