Eminent Tax Solutions Inc. No Longer Reliable. Eminent Tax Solutions Inc. used to be reliable, but things have changed. This year, they seem more focused on making money than helping clients. Getting in touch with them is nearly impossible—they don't answer calls or respond to emails. It feels like they're just after service charges and not actually providing any service. It's a complete scam now. Be careful before using their services. A lot of my friends have had the same problems. Be careful.
Emily helped me & my friends file our taxes so well.She is very knowledgeable and make sure to go above and beyond to give you the most accurate return. I will be sticking with her for a long time and would recommend her to everyone.
Last year, when they handled my filing, they were good and very responsive. However, this year, I have not received proper responses or updates from them. I requested information from them three weeks ago and still have not received an answer. So, I have decided to switch to someone else.

If you're filing taxes for the first time, I recommend not using this agency. I found them on Instagram and saw their high rating on Google, but my experience with them was frustrating. Experienced agencies provide information on how to create your CRA account and what information is required to do so. They file your taxes, but I suggest going to an experienced agency instead.
