I had a very disappointing experience with this tax consultant. Despite providing all my documents on time and following their instructions, I did not receive any tax benefits or useful advice. Communication was poor.I expected a professional service that could help me maximize my return, but unfortunately, I got nothing out of it. I do not recommend their services based on my experience.
I used Eminent Tax Solutions for my 2024 tax filing. They resolved my issues with the CRA from last years, and I received all my refunds and benefits. They also handled my business taxes. The team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and they are available even after tax season. I recommend them to all.
It's very hard to get hold of these people. They have charged me heavily for my taxes but I am not receiving any payment for any of my benefits. Upon multiple follow ups and emails, I was told that I will receive my payments as per the next pay date but again I did not receive anything. They are useless, and just ghost you after taking your money. For all the new customers and newcomers - do not file your taxes with them. DO NOT!
