Very poor service. They don’t respond to questions or concerns, really disappointed with the experience.

There was no option for 0 or negative ranking. Really disappointing service. No response at all. I was trying for the last week, they took money for the tax filing and now no response at all. Worst service I have ever experienced in Canada.
