Jan is the sweetest lady and so knowledgeable and skilled. We had a meeting with her and knew we could be confident in her making our wedding cake. All of her flavours are delicious so we knew we couldn't go wrong. She was so considerate and accommodating. My husband and I booked Jan from Emily Rose cakes to make our wedding cake for our September 2024 wedding. We went for a three tiered cake for our 90 guests with the 1st and 3rd tiers lemon drizzle cake and the 2nd tier carrot cake. This was iced with buttercream. Ordered a cake via QVC. The cake is not what was featured in the presentation. Bait and switch. The price was also very inflated. Will never buy from this vender again. She bragged it was soooo large…it’s barely 7” across and the middle is sunk in. Edges are hard and tastes stale.
