Emily is truly a healer! Her energy work creates a calm, relaxing feel and really allows your mind to quiet and your body to release. Her body work is unmatched; she always manages to find my spots of tension and release them. The massages are customized to exactly what your body needs each visit and the add-ons are really lovely options when you want to give a certain area a little extra attention. Emily is fantastic! She always does an hour of reiki only for me, which I appreciate, and she even works in some extras here and there to address whatever I have going on that day (e.g., a few minutes of neck/shoulder massage, stretches for some lower back pain). If I could be as relaxed "in real life" as I am for an hour on her table, life would be amazing :)
