The owner is very rude and not into helping customers. We went in, tried on one pair of boots that ended up not being what we wanted. We asked about others, he said “no”. When I went I went to look at hats he said “don’t play with those”…I was trying on different sizes. I asked him why he was so rude and said that because we didn’t buy the pair of boots, we were wasting his time. I’ve been to Emilio’s 4x now for my boots. The first time, I tried on a few hats and boots, then left undecided. The 2nd time, I tried on a few boots and bought a pair that I liked. The man behind the counter came out and assisted me with trying them on and sizing. He also used his tools to custom mold the boot for my foot for a better fit. The 3rd time, I brought back the boots because they were still just a little too tight in areas and he said to leave them with him and I could pick them up the next day.
