The owner was completely rude. My Dad and were shopping for some boots we ask how much one pair of his boots were he said look at the boot and look as the box for the price, we let him know we didn’t see price. Then he said it again rudely. Then my Dad and I said I guess you don’t want us to buy here. He yelled go ahead get out of here multiple times to us. The rudest Guy ever!! Praying for the Lord to help him with his customer service.
I looked high and low in two different states for kids cowboy boots and alas, Emilio’s fit the bill. He even stayed late for us and was beyond helpful! Amazing family owned business with good hearts! Shocked by the huge selection in such a small town! Highly recommend..
Went into the shop on Saturday looking for a new straw American Brand hat. Owner was very patient, helpful and kind. He helped me pick the style of cowboy hat and even offered to custom order another one for me. As a business owner myself, I like to support the local economy.
