I’m very disappointed when I asked the questions and told you I wanted liquid gel and I had liquid gel on my nails. Needed them to be trimmed too. You told me $45 plus 10. That did seem hard to believe so I asked more questions. I walk in today, and you are clueless as to what I wanted. I was on the phone with you at 2:07 pm. Bait and switch. $100 for liquid gel is not within my budget. Your website is confusing to understand your pricing.
They didn’t honor my gift card as I was told that it expires in one year which was not written in the email. They ate my $200. I am disappointed.
I did pedicure there. Its no nice!! I like how clean and relax the place is! Its so lovely! I will be massaging there next week!
Selbi did an amazing job on Thursday. She is my new fav in the area! The spa is stunning and does not smell like chemicals. Hardly ever leave reviews but I was truly impressed.
2 stars because it is a beautiful spa and everyone was super kind. But they are extremely overpriced. I paid $153 for a full gel x set. Which, I’m accustomed to paying in FL. However the set I received were poorly shaped and one nail popped off within 6 days of receiving my set. These nails should last weeks. Super disappointed as I’ve been struggling to find a new tech since moving to NoVa. If anyone has suggestions for a great nail tech, please let me know!
