Emiline Day Spa is amazing, great quality work, and everyone was so sweet and friendly. Thao, the owner, gave me for my birthday the best and most high quality nails I have received in years (5+ years) she was very professional, and you can tell from speaking with her that she is so committed to given her clients high quality experience and high brand products everyday. Came here to try out the head spa service and I was hooked. Friendly staffs’ a plus and the place smells amazing!
Managers are nasty & rude. Techs don't understand nail quality . Overall horrible experience!!! Charge $100 just for the nails to break next day, I'm all natural. Said my nails were weak and couldn't be fixed.Refused partial refund or re-service after saying they would fix it . Had to get a refund and take down . Simply went to Pretiff Nail Salon in Chantilly ,where they were able to provide great service and powered French to provide the nail strength and maintain style and professionalism. We were visiting family in Virginia when my wife decided to get her nails done, and we found Emiline Day Spa in Reston based on its excellent reviews. It can be hard to find a truly professional salon when you’re away from home, but this place was amazing! The team was welcoming, skilled, and made sure everything was perfect. My wife is a very picky person to please when it comes to nail salons and you guys did a fantastic job. She was genuinely impressed and already talking about returning the next time we’re in town.
We have tried different salons in Reston area and must say that Emiline Spa is the best nail salon. All nail techs are professional and polite. Very elegant and relaxing environment in salon. Our nail tech was Selbi, she was awesome and spent extra time to pamper us. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended
