A true gem. I inherited a disassembled bike from a friend and had took it to another store for assembly, but the headset was so shaky I was in fear when riding it. Emile fixed it. He took the time to explain what the problem was (mismatched parts), walked me through the options, pricing, and his recommendation. He further showed me the replaced parts when I came to pick up the bike. I not only got my bike fixed, I also learned something!
