Reservation was simple and straightforward through the website. Shelly and Mark were amazing at the shop in setting us up and giving us some ideas for rides. The bikes were awesome and in excellent working order. Highly recommend this shop for rentals- just do your homework on trails as some of the trails that were suggested to us were far too advanced.
These guys were awesome! Set me and my son up with amazing gear and provided great advice on what trails to ride. 5 stars all the way!!
Strongly suggest Emigos, they are very helpful. Very good selection of bikes. Customer service is top notch, all mountain bikers and could not be more friendly and helpful. I get my bike serviced here and they are absolutely amazing. Much better then big brand stores and local riders
Been an avid mountain biker for over a decade. Rented an Orbea Wild from Emigo’s on a business trip and joined their group ride. They made the experience easy and had one of the most fun rides ever! 10/10 recommend this place if you’re visiting.
Emigos is a great choice for a mountain bike rental. I was in Phoenix for business and wanted to ride the South Mountain trails. I rented a bike off of their website, and when I arrived, the bike was ready right on time and in perfect condition. I got great suggestions on what trails to ride, and in 10-15 minutes after I arrived, I was off and riding. I had a great weekend on the trails, and I would recommend South Mountain for any level riders.
