The staff is friendly and kind, this will be my preferred bike shop from now on.
These guys were truly amazing! I know nothing about mountain bikes let alone e m t n and their team taught me everything I needed to know to surprise my husband with his ideal bike! They walked me through options found lower priced models that fit my budget and even delivered it to my door so I could put a bow on it. I'd give 10 Stars if I could!
I arrived unannounced with a major mechanical that could have spoiled the next 3 days on the Black Canyon Trail. Had traveled from the east coast for a guided trip and had a brake mount failure while assembling in the hotel room. These guys found a take-off Shimano brake assembly in the shop that would get me through. Heros
We rented a Specialized and an Orbea Rise for 4 days. Bikes were ready to go when we arrived. We were walked through the features of the bikes and were on the trails lickety split! My only complaint is that Emigos did not control the weather as it hit 105 a couple of days! Early morning biking was required! 😉. Emigos is a first rate shop.
