I love this store! The customer service is 100%! I was helped by friendly, informative folks who went out of their way to find answers to questions I had about their products. Thanks to Samantha for finding the answer to the warranty question I had, and to David for showing me around the different showroom floor spaces. 🙌🙏
Wow what a disappointment my gf had recommended I go here for patio furniture. Well we went yesterday afternoon walked around waiting for someone to come and great us to answer a few questions on one particular set but we were totally ignored could not believe not one person greeted us or said we will be right with you.. nothing what so ever invisible.. so we took our business somewhere else and spent over 4k where that treated us like we belonged.. got what we wanted and all is good. Knowledgeable and not pushy. They have a great selection of high end outdoor furniture.
Caution: Call before you visit. Been there twice the last 2 days and they were closed even though website says open. I try to patronize small businesses but this place doesn't make it easy..won't be back.
Gigi and Lynda and the crew at Emigh’s Outdoor Living did an excellent job of setting us up with a Jensen Ipe dining table and benches, some Jensen rattan chairs, loveseat and ottoman, and a 9 foot umbrella. The Emigh’s team offers impeccable customer service and have a great design sense. They are very conscientious and I highly recommend them to those in need of quality merchandise with a strong customer service ethos. The owner Brian is incredibly helpful as well!
