Horrible experience! Our bookkeeper would repeatedly lose our personal and business documents and then would blame us for not giving it to her. Ultimately requiring a delay filing to then find the originals with no acknowledgement of the stress and anxiety she caused. On numerous occasions we reached out to the owners for help in the matter and first we were told we'd get a call back but when that never happened, and, we followed up, we were finally recommended to go elsewhere which we already planned on that! I called to speak to my previous account that is now working there. I had one quick question for them, and you would have thought I had asked for the moon. The owner was nosey and rude! I don't even know if my message was ever conveyed...
