I had a very pleasant experience at my New share fax credit union Cassie Perez was very patient and very helpful. It’s people such as Cassie. That’ll make me return to share fax great asset to your company.
We have been with Emery Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. Sharefax did their changeover at the end of July and I could not see all of my accounts on one page like I used to when I signed in with Emery. Mark and Cassie worked together to get all of my accounts to show up together after I signed in. It took them a while to get it all straightened out. I had a good experience at this location. It is a shame that Sharefax cannot get simple loans/dates correct.
Nobody speaks when you go in. Always slow
Marc and Parker at the Liberty Township location were so helpful with assisting me with my Roth IRA. Being a former employee of Sharefax Credit Union, I felt so at peace knowing these 2 gentlemen would get what I needed done with efficiency and ease.
