I needed a lawyer and i spoke to JR Emerson concerning my divorce case. He was very upfront and told me the truth. He said my case was not large enough for them to take on, but if i want to go forward with them the cost will not be worth it, but rather he gave me the names and phone #'s of 3 lawyers that handle smaller cases and that they might be able to handle my case at a lower cost. Begged for 5 stars right after the initial consolation. Told me word for word hes always scared to go to court and proved it by being silent as a mouse. He will email you and request meetings to argue about the least important topics of your case to drive up your bill. Hes a joke of a man and an attorney, ill throw a party when his name pops up in an obituary.
