Dr. Lautz is an amazing surgeon and if it weren’t for his expertise, I wouldn’t be here today. In addition, his bedside manner is outstanding. The team he has working for him are wonderful.
I had a really frustrating experience with Emerson Weight Loss. I made an appointment and showed up in person, only for them to cancel it on the spot after realizing I was underage. This should have been checked before scheduling the appointment and wasting my time. It felt unprofessional and poorly organized. If there are age requirements, they need to be clear upfront so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I was sleeved by Dr.Lautz in July 2024. Emerson gave me my life back. I cannot say enough good things about the comprehensive care this program and hospital provided for me with pre-op, op and post op care. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, caring and extremely empathetic. They don’t make you feel ashamed and they don’t judge you. 10000% recommend.
