While I haven't visited in-person, I ordered a number of items online- matching PJs for myself and my girls - fit is perfect for my kiddos! Size was a bit small for me but not uncomfortable so am keeping them. The bamboo PJs fit my kiddos perfectly. I also order some clothes for my girls and let me preface by saying I have petite children - my 6yr old can still wear some 4T items from other stores and my 1.5yr old is wearing 9m in a lot of items. I bought a package online and I received the best customer care! My package was headed from Clearwater to Tampa and should have arrived quite quickly, but something happened at the mail sorting facility and it was sent to Colorado! I emailed Emerson & Friends and they shipped a replacement package to me over-night to ensure I would get the package in time for my nephew's first birthday. I got it today and everything is adorable! I'm so happy with how this purchase played out and I'll definitely be shopping here again!
I cannot recommend this store enough! The layout of the store, gorgeous locally designed prints the quality of the products is only matched by the level of customer service! Maggie took my order over the phone and it was just amazing. She helped me put together a beautiful matching mom, dad and baby pajama and gift set.
