Purchased a voucher for my partner, cant make a booking, phone is disconnected and no response to emails or Facebook messages. Poor service wouldn't waste your money buy voucher as they obviously dont provide a service. Now trying to get a refund through consumer affairs.
Drove all the way here to purchase a gift voucher for a friends birthday to be greated with a sign that nadically said no entry without booking and giftvouchers only availableonline. This is not the way to run a bisiness, sorry list me as a previos customer.
Lovely place to relax! The owners are fantastic people, easy to talk to! Definitely recommend treatments here. Make sure to book as they don't take walk-ins.
Had a wonderful experience having a couple day spa. Emma and Jerry gave us the VIP service. As always a beautiful safe space. A chance to not only feel spoilt but to leave feeling empowered, happy and a deeper connection within ourselves and as a couple. Luna and Bear gave us some emotional support too. Emma and Jerry provided a comfortable and supportive environment to relax and truly feel amazing.
The moment you enter, the setting is relaxing. I had a Stone massage which was absolutely beautiful and highly recommended. I have bone cancer and Emma did a wonderful job in relieving my stress and pain. Thank you and look forward to my next booking
