Been unable to get in contact with anyone regarding a refund for purchased gift vouchers, only getting a generic Facebook message stating they have closed. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with someone. Wondering if anyone has found details regarding liquidation and the next steps?
Not sure about other customers, but we just checked the location, all empty, looks like they did a runner and owing us (and assuming lots of others) money for vouchers purchased??? Can’t find any news online… Will contact consumer protection
Same as the below customers i have recently brought 2 gift vouchers for family members and only after weeks of them ringing to book, with no answer have i looked into it myself and seen that they are apparently closed. I have messaged and emailed to question my loss of money and have received a generic reply of we will let you know when we re open.. Requested refund from day spa in june after being unable to book, advised they were temporarily closed and im not entitled to a refund. Lodged with ACCC to which owner responded they will honour vouchers when they "reopen". 6 weeks later they advise they are now permanently closed and theyve gotten to keep the money. beware as they are still taking onkine bookings and have no intention of offering money back or services . Since the "management" (and I use that term loosely) decided to respond to my review telling me I was a fake a account or another business try to "destroy" their business, I thought I'd write another review, as they don't leave it open to enable people to respond!
