I had an amazing experience in my CPR instructor class with Ms. Jamie! She was such a wonderful teacher very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I truly understood everything step by step. What meant the most to me was how she took the time to listen to my “why.” That made the experience even more personal and meaningful. I truly appreciate you, Ms. Jamie. I attended a CPR/First Aid training this morning with Bobby, and it was hands down the best class I’ve taken. I’ve been taking these classes every two years for the past 15 years, and I learned more from him than I ever have. Bobby kept the entire class engaging, informative, and easy to follow from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he’s teaching and wants everyone to feel confident walking away. I left feeling more prepared than ever. I highly recommend taking a class with him!
Angel was an incredible CPR instructor. Despite loud music playing next door, she remained focused and made sure we fully understood every part of the training. She wasn’t afraid to correct us or push us to compress harder and faster when needed, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear she cares about teaching proper technique and making sure we leave confident and prepared. I highly recommend her training!
AERT does an EXCELLENT job in preparing you for one of our greatest gifts, Saving a Human Life. Jamie is one of the BEST Instructors I have had for all my certs. Yoyr TEAM should be Proud !
