Does anyone know if this company is still in business??? Bought a house with a system installed by EPS. Previous owner gave me their contact name. Over past TWO months I have now called over 20 times and left my Name, Number and Address with the answering service each and every time. Does NOT matter what time of day, 8am to 8pm: phone goes to "answering service". I cannot get a service call from this company. Any help would be appreciated. I have called 4 times, during business hours. No answer. Transferred to an answering service. Each time.
Generac installed by Waukesha Pierce. Failure shortly after install. Gave up on them and EPS fixed it. Thanks!
