We contacted this company in attempt to find Non Emergency medical Transport to their Doctors appointments. The customer service from both the employee who initially answered and the manager who was subsequently requested was absolutely deplorable. Their attitudes were disgusting. they refused to offer the smallest amount of assistance. it was almost as if they did not want our business. 0/10 recommend. Find another company, your family deserves better!!
