Sarah is all things I respect and love in a primary care provider - very knowledgeable, up to date on research/treatment protocols, creative with her approach in naturopathy as well as traditional meds as needed/appropriate, a wonderful listener and collaborator, down-to-earth - a wonderful ND and person! She excels at hormones - so refreshing for these perimenopause years! Just got hormone pellets inserted (super easy and virtually painless!) and am so excited to feel the difference!
I love that Sarah is multi-faceted in her approach to health. She offers a variety of traditional and non-traditional approaches to health. This is important because we (humans) are not one-size-fits-all when it comes to health.
