Ray was incredibly rude. Urban vapors has far better selection, customer service, and products.
Whomever was closing tonight was as rude as could be. I usually go to the Springfield location. Came in to get coils and the gentleman couldn't have acted more put out that he had to get up off his seat. Wont be returning.
John was lively and accommodating. He the answers to my questions and got me set up.
