My mom suffered a major fall after only 46 hours in this facility. She was placed at a much better home care facility. All this facility cared about was the money, I had to pay 8500 for one day along with all the medical bills. The staffing levels are not appropriate for memory care and I question the actual quality of staff. Just check out this complaint before you place your loved one or keep your loved one there. Love this facility and their staff! Jonathan, the head nurse, is super helpful and thorough. Aly, HSA, & Emilee, med tech, are very friendly! The facility is so clean and beautiful and it's within walking distance of so many great Dublin spots!
Staff very welcoming as you walk inside. Facility is nice and clean. MT Aly and Imelda are super nice and attentive. They both demonstrate great communication and professionalism, making my job so much easier.
This is a beautiful and cozy community well organized, clean and tidy. Staffs are always welcome and professional. Love here
