WOW! This community is one of the most clean and beautiful in Dublin. If you do not believe me you have to go see for yourself. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by their friendly staff. Lisa was so accommodating and Lacey was so helpful to me and my husband. I highly recommend this place.
I started working at Emerald Valley at the beginning of this year. I came from a much larger community near by. I waited at least 90 days before making this review. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the staff here at Emerald Valley MBK Senior Living and I couldn't be more proud to work for this company. Lacey Pierce put on a wonderful event and showed us all around this georgeous community! It is especially exciting that Emerald Valley is coming up with ways to provide more affordable options while still offering an exceptional place to live. Wonderful activities, incredible food, beautiful apartments, fantastic staff. Who wouldn't want to live here?
Multiple resident families are currently evaluating legal recourse for the way clients have been treated on the memory care unit. I wouldn't be surprised if a possible class action is coming. While the facilities are nice in the assisted living part, the memory care part is another story. The first couple months seemed great, but then after awhile the real truth surfaced...
