Great staff, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and GREEDY OWNER- After years of being a loyal and faithful customer at Emerald, supporting the staff and all their endeavors while being at this location towards the point of even applying myself and even after multuple attempts and still not being hired, have continued supporting this business with my hard earned money. Not my favorite place; but the best in Albany in my opinion. Got amazing candy there.
Was passing through town and found this place by chance. Everyone there was super friendly and informative about carts & edibles. Carter & Carson went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was truly digging the music and customer service. For sure coming again!
