If I could give no stars I would. First off let me start by the waiting room. This is supposed to be a place for mothers with newborns and children, why does it look like a jail? The seats are very uncomfortable and it could use more interactive toys and books for children since this is a place for kids. They need to adapt the concept and creativity that the WIC department in St. Augustine had. This place isn’t meant for first time wic people. I had an appt. Walked in. Stood at counter behind someone and the lady behind the counter rudely says sign in and sit down. So I sign in and sit down in the room where everybody is sitting. Well that’s not the room I was supposed to sit in and nobody let me know that. She whispered my name and I obviously didn’t hear it over all the screaming kids in the waiting room. I watched people who came in after me get brought back before me.
