When I clicked on the link for the suevey, it stated thank you for submitting your survey. I was never given any questions to answer. It was before the deadline. Grrrrrrr!
Love love Emerald Pond and the staff. When we moved mom in Eric Robertson was there to greet us and to make her feel at home. When Eric became Executive Director we were thrilled. He treats everyone there as if they were his family. We would still be there if mom hadn’t need more memory care. Hated to leave. Also, thanks to Robin for being attentive to mom. Thank you all for the care and compassion that mom received.
My mom absolutely loves this place. The staff is helpful and kind. The residents go above and beyond to be helpful and sociable. The food is good and there are options. It's newly renovated and very clean. Gr The move in process could use some work to give everyone all the information. I wish we could get rid of the shag carpet in the apartments, especially for folks with walkers and wheelchairs. But otherwise it's incredibly accessible.
