Inge is a very knowledgeable physio with expertise in women’s health. She helped me with exercises for abdominal separation and pelvic floor strength. Inge is very friendly and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.
I loved my experience at Physio4me, Inge was amazing, I had come in with an injury, I was not only supported through the process of recovery she also supported and listened to my mental challenges during the process, every appointment I was greeted with warmth and a high level of professionalism. Inge is now my go to Physio and I would highly recommend!
