If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been meaning to do this review for a very long time. For starters, my mother things have been stolen (by the staff) on several occasions. Typically when they do laundry. There are minimal to no CNA's available to assist with the care she needs or any of these residents needs. She is a paraplegic and she attempts to bathe herself (I have recordings to prove it) all the time. Great facility!! New admin Ayana Cunningham and her staff are wonderful and have really turned the building around to good! If your looking for a great place for your loved one. I will highly recommend emerald park of Hollywood.
UPDATE: 5/2/2025 I’m so happy to report there is new management. Ms. Cunningham and her awesome leadership skills have really helped to whip this place into shape. They have addressed the bug issue and the air conditioning is finally working properly!! They’ve addressed the cleanliness of the facility and have started upgrading the flooring and other badly needed repairs. Good job!!
