Great facility!! New admin Ayana Cunningham and her staff are wonderful and have really turned the building around to good! If your looking for a great place for your loved one. I will highly recommend emerald park of Hollywood.
UPDATE: 5/2/2025 I’m so happy to report there is new management. Ms. Cunningham and her awesome leadership skills have really helped to whip this place into shape. They have addressed the bug issue and the air conditioning is finally working properly!! They’ve addressed the cleanliness of the facility and have started upgrading the flooring and other badly needed repairs. Good job!! Terrible facility the new administration doesn’t have a clue what there doing they have the whole family working in the building the mother and the wife they treat there residents poorly the bed bugs and roaches short staff and terrible food resident are not being treated fairly Ayana needs more training along with her wife and mother the nurse eve doesn’t even know what she’s doin the state needs to shut this place down asap these resident need help they are not fully trained to run the facility
Short staffed, unclean, bedbugs, and inadequate food. My mom suffered a fractured arm and rib. Please do your research before going here! The facility continually could not find missing clothes and bedding that I purchased for my mom! These patients deserve more than this. It is just sad!
