Emerald Oaks in Yuba City truly stands out as a wonderful place, and so much of that is thanks to Debbie—she is the absolute gem of the community. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine compassion shine through in everything she does. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home. My grandmother has dementia and is supposed to be checked every two hours but was last checked around 8: 30 pm and wasn’t again until 1:30 am and got out and wasn’t found until 9am. Her room is always dirty unless we clean and laundry is never done when asked. In the evening I’ve had residents let me in with no staff in sight

Visiting my stepmother here. Very clean no odors and the meals were good. I wishes that there could be more people that she could communicate with as she is very with it.
