My grandmother has dementia and is supposed to be checked every two hours but was last checked around 8: 30 pm and wasn’t again until 1:30 am and got out and wasn’t found until 9am. Her room is always dirty unless we clean and laundry is never done when asked. In the evening I’ve had residents let me in with no staff in sight
Visiting my stepmother here. Very clean no odors and the meals were good. I wishes that there could be more people that she could communicate with as she is very with it.

I was very impressed with this facility both times I was there from the staff who genuinely cares for the clients, the joy on the client's faces and the positive interaction I observed between clients and staff.
