Harold and the staff at Emerald Oaks are absolutely wonderful. He takes great care to see that my mother is healthy and cared for. He effectively communicates with my siblings and I about her status regularly and we know she is safe and treated well.
Emerald Oaks has been a great place for my mother. The care the staff provides is exceptional and they treat the residents as if they were family. The meals are good and the activities have been good for mom to interact with others. The community groups that come in have been a delight for the residents. Harold and his staff are some of the best caregivers around. I would highly recommend Emerald Oaks when looking for an Assisted Living place.
My family and I have found the staff at Emerald Oaks to be competent, caring and kind. They treat each of the residents as if they were family. Activities are offered weekly. Facilities are clean.
