I went to Emerald Hills Physio for tailbone pain 2 weeks postpartum. I was unable to sit comfortably at all in the beginning but Navdeep and her team were very helpful in getting me feeling better quickly! Now 8 weeks postpartum and wanting to get back into activities but am dealing with some pelvic floor weakness. I just started a new treatment plan with Nav and her team there and am confident I’ll be able to get back to running and exercising soon

It was easy to book an appointment for my problem and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.Navdeep was very knowledgeable & listened carefully to my words. I’m feeling much improved now thanks to her. It’s like a miracle.
