Sherri came into your lives at Emerald Glen in September 2024. She was first diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2017, and her care was then provided at home by her family for the next six plus years, remaining in the home she loved, with the help of those who loved her. Daily, a family member is present in the facility visiting and spending time with her. These daily visits have provided the opportunity to watch the caregivers, facility supervisors, and owners do their best to provide an exceptional level of care to residents. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. We admitted our father to emerald green in April. After meeting with owners and having them meet our father prior to him being admitted we were told they had the capacity and capability to offer him the attention he needed. We made it clear he had dementia and emerald green claims to be a memory care facility. They do not. They charge a very high premium for memory care.
