I took my wedding rings in to get soldered, Lana and the team took the time and they inspect my rings and go over any wear and observations they see with tips or your stones. They took the time to have me look through their lens so I could observe what they did and made any recommendations for repairs while at the goldsmith. I had an amazing experience at Emerald Custom Jewellers! The girls there are always so friendly and willing to help. I came in for a jewelry repair, and they were able to fix it right in the store without having to send it away. They also took the time to polish my silver chain, and it came back looking brand new. Their customer service is exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Emerald for all your jewelry and repair needs!
Had a ring sized as I lost a bunch of weight. It gets sent to Regina to be done so takes a little while, not bad though. I'm happy with the job that was done but I'm not sure the size i was told to get is quite big enough. It is fine most of the time but when my finger swells, as it does in the heat, it gets quite tight. I wish it was 1/2 size bigger.
