We opened our doors to the public on July 23rd. Located in the heart of Destin we look forward to serving the communities of Destin, Niceville, Okaloossa Island, Miramar and Santa Rosa as the only full-time women's health and pelvic floor physical therapist.

After suffering for years with lower back pain I finally have relief. Dr. Josh correctly diagnosed my problem as an SI joint issue. He stepped me through strengthening and re-adjusting exercises that I can do at home and now I have zero pain. No more visits to a chiropractor! Thank you Dr. Josh and the ECPT team!
I highly recommend this office. I came in after an injury in December, and the injury has provided an uphill battle. However, Josh and Anessa, have taken small steps to make sure it doesn't become worse, but rather better. The office has a warm welcoming feeling and makes you want to go to your appointments. A great thing about this office is that it is on on one treatment. This provides me, the patient, with complete focus for my care and needs.
