We opened our doors to the public on July 23rd. Located in the heart of Destin we look forward to serving the communities of Destin, Niceville, Okaloossa Island, Miramar and Santa Rosa as the only full-time women's health and pelvic floor physical therapist.

Five Stars Plus! This is hands down the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. Every therapist here is absolutely amazing. They truly take the time to make you feel like you matter. I revised my review. I spoke to the owner and we discussed and resolved our issues. I believe they truly want to help their clients improve. Being under new management can be challenging.
Chris,Josh and Chris were fantastic while I was down for the winter i have had physical therapy for a knee replacement,hip replacement and now back surgery at different physical therapy offices Emerald Coast physical Therapy is one of the best experiences I have had with positive result I give it a A Plus from the office staff ,scheduling and therapist T Moore
Everyone was very professional and friendly here. They were booked up when I first stopped by but they quickly got me in and was able to put me on a weekly schedule. Lots of improvement in my shoulder since coming.
ECPT is the BEST in the business. I was here for post-surgery therapy and I couldn’t be more happy with my progress. Every PT here is tremendously experienced, personable, and really care about helping people. Shoutout to y’all especially for getting me back into ping pong shape .
