We have been doing business with this firm since 2020 however this year they charged me 520 dollars for amending 2 years of tax returns that they filed incorrectly. They did not file a schedule E for my property for the year of 2022, and 2023. They did a schedule E in 2021 which my parents live on that property and not myself so I had to show proof to my lender that I had income for that property. We have been happy with this firm since moving to the area over 10 years ago. We now love their Client Portal where we upload all of our tax documents. This portal is safer than the mail and we don't need to make the out of town drive to sign in the returns in person.
