This place scammed me, do not book!! I rented a car that was apparently not available which wasn’t shown on the website. The man then texted me and told me that, so I said okay nevermind then. He told me I would get my refund within 5-7 business days, waited 2 weeks and never got my money back. Called them for 3 days straight before they answered and he told me some excuse about them having problems with refunds so he gave me his email and told me to send him my Zelle or Venmo info so he could personally refund me to sound p... read more

~Canceled monthly reservation less than a week out during in season. Said they do not offer monthly rentals and booking was an error. I think they just wanted to rent short term for higher rates. Because I booked with them I missed out on other cars that were now booked out. Company should have honored original reservation. Not good business.
