Jessie and his team are awesome! I needed some electrical work done on my vehicle, and they got it perfect. Very fast, very professional. I've been looking at renting one of their vehicles in the future as opposed to the big companies. I highly recommend these folks! You wont be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience with Emerald Coast Cars. A family member needed a convertible on short notice, and they really came through for us. The team was polite, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The car was in great condition and perfect for what we needed. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both friendly and dependable, but Emerald Coast Cars absolutely delivered. Wanted to rent a car in sept but the deposit requested while booking was $500 but in the contract it says $250. I simply asked if they could get both numbers to match-i was fine with paying the $500 deposit but the contract should’ve stated that same amount. I requested this by email 2 or 3 times over 2 days and never got a response. Be careful and read the contract carefully.
