Wanted to rent a car in sept but the deposit requested while booking was $500 but in the contract it says $250. I simply asked if they could get both numbers to match-i was fine with paying the $500 deposit but the contract should’ve stated that same amount. I requested this by email 2 or 3 times over 2 days and never got a response. Be careful and read the contract carefully. Alex was amazing!! He went above and behind the call of hosting duty!!! He made my valentine weekend a great start and I enjoyed the vehicle! This place scammed me, do not book!! I rented a car that was apparently not available which wasn’t shown on the website. The man then texted me and told me that, so I said okay nevermind then. He told me I would get my refund within 5-7 business days, waited 2 weeks and never got my money back. Called them for 3 days straight before they answered and he told me some excuse about them having problems with refunds so he gave me his email and told me to send him my Zelle or Venmo info so he could personally refund me to sound p... read more
