Visiting from out of state, the casino attendent didn't greet me, then as soon as I was going to ask him something he said no backpacks allowed with no reasoning. I then asked to talk to the manager but I went to the restaurant side and Amanda Jo was very nice and said she could keep it in the back for me while I played.
