So it's not the most awful place to work, but it's definitely not great. Management frequently plays favorites, and not in a nonchalant kind of way. No, it's rather blatant and in your face. And forget about going to HR, they're just as bad. I've watched them hire someone who didn't qualify for the position, and they even allowed them to work from home all because they were besties with HR!
