Dianne was VERY friendly and helpful. I find these kinds of stores intimidating sometimes because I don’t know a lot. She guided me to the right part without knowing the whole situation because neither did I! Really appreciate the customer service
There are two locations: one for their “showroom” and a second for their “warehouse”. They do not advertise this online and it’s very confusing. I went to the showroom and the lady working would rather speak on the phone (assuming to their friend as they were speaking in their native language) than assist paying customers. I asked for a part and she said I needed to go to the “warehouse” and pointed around the back with her finger. There was definitely no warehouse around back. In fact, it was down the street about 3 blocks.... read more
