Worked here for about 4 years and left about a year and a half ago. Worked Tier II Tech Support. Pay is slightly below average for the Tech Industry, but benefits were not bad. Company did not provide enough funding for the Tech Support Department, so we were understaffed during busy times.
Worked as an technical support and oh man, I had a horrible experience. The school website is broken, has several issue. The need to debug and they still needs to clear the cache every freaking time. Their internal system emcshelf and whatever is back dated. You have to literally open 10 tabs just to transfer the license. Their app also doesn't work and the client always used to get angry for that.
Teachers are racist; don't like black socks
