Rude staff, particularly Becky. She acts like you're bothering her for doing her job. Dr. Patin is a nice fellow, but 6 months ago he recommended a new contact lens for dry eyes. From day one I had problems, but I had purchased them and sent in the bar code on the boxes for a rebate which I never received. So I thought I was stuck and had to finish them.
