Do not hire Heather Embry. Her incompetence has cost me close to a million dollars in a divorce case. She filed things improperly, had egregious errors in written closing arguments she finished too late to let me read and correct, and used me and my family as an ATM. Since she made so many errors in written closing arguments, I have paid for her inexcusable mistakes for over a decade. Her own law partner left her suddenly due to her incompetence and unprofessionalism. I would give zero stars if I could.

I highly recommend Mrs. Embrey. She was a compassionate & understanding attorney, who understood our concerns & also took account on our financial situation. NOT once did she stop working on our case due to money & thats hard to find, especially when most attorneys just look to get paid. She was aggressive in the court room & prepared for our hiring day. If your looking for an attorney that will fight for you, than hire Mrs. Embrey!!

I heavily regret hiring Heather Embrey. She lacks professionalism. She doesn’t have an office. She failed to file paperwork after I had requested her to do so. It appeared that she only wanted to settle everything. Billing and communication, per my observations, were disorganized and not a priority.
