Had a beautiful relaxing reiki session with Angela Redman from Embracing Wellness. She holds a comforting space and allows you to go at your own pace, a chat beforehand to give you time to integrate and fully enjoy the experience. She was able to give me some wonderful insights and advice to help me on my way. She comes highly recommended for her professional and caring manner . Thankyou Angela.
Angela really helped my son to process some difficult emotions. She gently guided him into a deeply relaxed stated and helped to unlock his ability to calm himself and manage big emotions.
