I came into the class feeling overwhelmed and stressed. After being pulled into participation (LOL), I felt soooo much better! All stress and anxiety had been relieved! Definitely something to add to my self-care routine on a regular basis!
I love seeing them perform. The drummers and dancers are also very kind and humble people . I love the audience participation keep up the good vibes and positive energy!
